Brand Guidelines · Internal
The last brand system you'll ever need to argue about.
Upryt is the full marketing team for multi-location brands. This is how we show up: on the site, in the deck, in the inbox, in the field. Follow it and everything we ship looks like it came from one team, because it did.
Brand principles
Four rules that resolve most design arguments before they start.
01
Operator, not agency
We look like a team that works inside the business, not a shop selling decks. Plain surfaces, real data, no theatre.
02
Ink carries, cyan points
Ink is the brand. Cyan is a cursor. One job per screen, aimed at the thing that matters most.
03
Evidence over adjectives
Numbers, locations, outcomes. If a claim can't be measured, it doesn't ship.
04
Built to repeat
Every asset works at location 3 and location 200. Systems, not one-offs.
Positioning in one paragraph
Copy this verbatim when you need boilerplate.
UPRYT is the embedded growth team for multi-location operators. We replace the pile of vendors with one team that plugs in like in-house, owns the number, and grows with every location you open. Brand, paid, local SEO, web, and lifecycle run as one system by the same people. When you spend more, we do not cost more.
Who we're talking to
Every deal has two people in it, and they want different things.
The champion is the owner or investor. They found us, usually through an audit or teardown. They are already sold and they are pushing for better ROI. They make the intro. They do not sign alone.
The signer is the operator: the CEO or GM running the day-to-day. They are busy, loyal to their current vendors, and resistant to change. They open our website looking for a reason to say no.
The website, and most public copy, is written for the signer. Its job is to remove reasons to say no: switching will not land on their plate, choosing their old vendors was not a mistake, and we make their job easier in week one. The champion does not need convincing. Never write copy that makes the operator feel foolish for who they hired before us.
